There is something wonky about this picture. The more closely I look at it, there don't appear to be chairs at all except one at the top. It almost looks like this is a low table and people are supposed to sit on pillows to eat. Even then, the first two pillows on the right side of the table look odd, as though the photo had somehow been cropped. Who knows. Oh well, nice waterside atmosphere anyway.

I love the table setting it is beautiful! I'm not a fan of outdoor dining. I grew up in a house on the beach. We dined outside a lot. As an adult I don't miss it.
