As for the colors... back in the day, the coppertone color was fairly pretty, as was the cranberry, but it seemed neither lasted very long. Were I doing a kitchen from scratch, I think stainless would be my last choice... I don't care what all the clones on House Hunters want!

Guess what! Stainless steel is on its last leg! I just re-did kitchen in white appliances. The look in Europe is the white and colors. Not surprised, appliance mfg. need to obsolete their Lines.

I don't care for stainless steel or white appliances. I prefer black or oiled bronze because they don't seem as "cold" to me, and they go with my decorating style. At present I have black, but would love to update to bronze. But, they aren't readily available. So far I've only seen an oiled bronze refrigerator, but I would want everything to match. So, I'm keeping my black for the time being.

I have black appliances. IMO, white is boring and too hard to keep clean.

I still like white also. No fingerprints from two kids, or nose prints from two cats.

All white appliances for me, even the sink.

Hope to soon replace my countertops with white quartz.

Walls are white, will add seasonal colors and decorate with flowers and plants.

I have all white appliances. My husband and I have owned every color under the sun. We've had several houses and redesigned the kitchens several times. When you're old like me, you've pretty much had it all. I think this is the 3rd time for white. Before that we had all black, before that it was avacado (brown toilets in the bathrooms) what were we thinking. Had to special order them. Oh! Did I mention we actually had orange at one point (the countertop was black (Jenn-Air) everything else was special order orange (back aways).

Decorate in whatever you like. Don't listen to anyone else. If you blink it will change anyway.
