White! I have a SS dishwasher and it's next to impossible to keep shiny clean. When we replaced our frig a few months ago, we wanted white, and you can hardly find it anymore. Now, white is special order and for the most part only ss is on the showroom floors.

I have bisque colored appliances and all my cabinets are a "canvas" color which matches the bisque appliances perfectly. It is a lovely, soft antique-y look. All the fixtures - sink faucet and spigots and the hardware on the cabinets is oil rubbed bronze. I am absolutely dreading the day I have to replace an appliance since no one makes bisque anymore. I hate the ss look - fingerprints prone and very industrial looking.

After having almond, mauve, yes, avocado and gold, and white, did I leave any out? Black, never had or wanted that color. Now I have the Gallery series from Frigidaire, SS, and NO smudges, believe me it is awesome and I love it!! Everyone rants about the older SS, well, check this one out. They have come a long way.

We just got a new GE stove and matching dishwasher in white last month after we tiled our kitchen. I didn't want any other color/metal

Yes, I prefer white. Clean, simple, classic, and not nearly as hard to keep clean and fingerprint-free as the stainless versions. Stainless is a fad; white is forever.

I like white. It is classic, never goes out of style, and technically goes with about anything (although in some cases, other colors do match certain woods and finishes better).

I have an extreme dislike for stainless appliances. To me, they are industrial and cold looking, and really don't fit in to anything but the most ultra modern kitchen.

I need a kitchen redo, so badly, and if I ever get it, I'm considering white or off white cabinets to lighten the room up some, and will probably stay with white appliances.
