Re: Do you like liquid detergent or the pods?

I tried Tide Pods and at first loved them, the draw back was when I washing anything "FLEECE"  the blue in the pod smeared all over the fleece and I would have to re-wash it, a major pain.

I've since switched back to Era as it is more cost effective and no more re-washing fleece.

Re: Do you like liquid detergent or the pods?

when I got my new washer last October it was recommended to use HE soap.  the sales person suggested pods because it offers HE soap and only a certain amount of the he soap. I have used nothing but pods since then.

Just love the liquid Persil. It was only sold at Walmart but now you can get it most places. It does a fantastic job and smells so good. Not cheap but worth the $$$$$.

I got a new Bosch dishwasher (which I LOVE) and was told only use POWDER dishwashing detergent, not liquid, not pods.  That's what I use and I also use Finish as Bosches do not have dryer units.  My dishes come out sparkling.

I use liquid All for my washing machine (concentrated)

I too love my new Bosch but was never told to only use powder. I use two, only two drops of the blue Dawn dishwashing  soap and fill the rest with baking soda.

I use Kirkland pods for laundry and BJ's pods for the dishwasher.  I am thinking of trying the Persil pods from Walmart.  I just like the convenience of pods, especially since my front loader washer is on a pedestal and is a little high up to easily pour detergent.  It is difficult enough to get the fabric softener and bleach into it.

The Persil pods are not as good as the liquid

Pods for the dishwasher, liquid for the washing machine.

@panda1234 I've never tried the liquid but I LOVE the Persil pods.  Hated to go to a WM to buy them, but now I can buy on Amazon.  Persil does a fantastic job IMO and has a nice scent.

@Mj12 Target and Walgreens sells this as well. I am so addicted to the smell, it's the best.
