Ok I live up against a turnpike and then a two lane road then a 4 lane highway. It's loud. So I too was looking for windows no such thing. I was told to get the heavy curtains like in movie theaters. It will cut the noise but the price wow! So we got heavy black out curtains and room dark blind under them. Helped some. The best thing we got a sound machine. Now crickets lull me to sleep nightly. I have a beautiful view up hear it's just a loud one. I hope you get peace from your loud neighbors.

You might want to get double pane for most of your windows and then get triple pane for your bedroom (unless the noise is a factor even during the day (then use triple in the room you spend most of your time in).

I have no information about sound proof windows.....just thought I would add that I too have neighbors who play loud music continuously so I feel your pain. And I'm not moving. Why is that even a response? People should be driven out of their homes? .... I don't understand that.

You DON'T have to move. Don't even think about it!

@RinaRina Double or triple pane windows with a specific type of seal around them is what you're looking for.
True story:
Some years ago (when we were house hunting), our Realtor took us to an Open House. The house was the first one located on a cul-de-sac that feed off a HIGHLY traveled road. It had no back yard to speak of but a tiny deck (large enough for two deck chairs) and then you had the house next door.
The house was beautiful, no doubt and a GREAT price. We drove up to it and noticed that BGE (Baltimore Gas and Electric) was just outside with a JACKHAMMER doing work. We couldn't hear other between that sound and the cars whizzing by. DH asked me why the heck we were wasting our time on this house due to the noise levels; I just shrugged.
We walked in to a gorgeous home. And...SILENCE. Opened the front door....NOISE BEYOND BELIEF. Closed the door....SILENCE. We went to the sunroom that was directly next to the street and jackhammer.....SILENCE. The entire house was like that. The owners had paid for insulation and double or triple paned windows and well....I never forgot that.
My in-laws had triple pane windows installed and you hear NOTHING from the outside. Worth every penny. They used Anderson Windows, btw.
