Re: Displaying Plates in a Dining Room

It's not my cup of tea.  I love art.  It is (one of my) weakness(es).  I would display art, not plates.

I like it, I had a friend who loved displaying her dishes and crystal, she would have her dining room and kitchen table set all the time.

I would love a space like that to display my blue willow pieces. The green is too monotone for my taste, but it's a beautifully designed space.

Are those candy canes in the glass on the table?

I do not like plates displayed this way.

The room is nicely done...but I agree I would prefer another chandelier...

The plates add a lot of interest and color to the room.  I like them.

I also like this less formal display of plates.  I like so many things about this room, I've kept the photo permanently.

Re: Displaying Plates in a Dining Room

I actually do love this!  I think it's the color of green which makes it look very fresh and not heavy or old.  It's very inviting and looks very livable!!!
