If you mean Mrs. Meyer's Clean Day, I am currently using some now. I purchase my detergent from Soap.com about four times a year. In each order I usually buy something that I've never tried before. If you check out the link above, most of these products have excellent reviews. I haven't noticed anything out of the ordinary when I've washed my clothes other than the liquid is a concentrate so you use considerably less than other liquids. I am also using Nellie's - a powder - purchased from HSN. I like it. I first purchased a small tin and then ordered a much larger one. I alternate products becaue I like to mix it up. When I'm washing, I use the product of the day for everything except whites. I hate the smell of Clorox so I use White Brite.

Speaking of the pods, we are seeing more and more newstories about toddlers eating them thinking they are candy. This past weekend, one of the consumer reporters stated that she thinks they need to pull the pods off the shelves. How about parents putting things like this out of the reach of their small ones?

Amen. They wouldn't keep the kitchen or other laundry chemicals where the kids can get to them, so why are these pods different, because mom and dad are just stupid. They know better, but ignore it.

Whatever is on sale. I'm about to try Persil from WalMart. They have coupons online.

I use All Free and Clear packs. I can't stand those dark dark blue detergents.

I use Gain Flings and love them. I recently ran out, and forgot to add them to my shopping list. I had a huge load of laundry, and nothing available except the All Free Pods that I use exclusively to wash my dog's beds. I got a horrible rash using the All Pods. I was really surprised as these pods are supposed to be for people with allergies. I don't even have skin allergies, and they gave me a rash.

I use Cheer for their color guard. When I wash my black work clothes and dress jeans, I use Woolite dark wash. Makes a huge difference!

- I use Persil on bed clothes and all of my clothes. My hubby has sensitive skin, so I use Tide Free & Gentle on his stuff. I used to use Tide Pods, but felt like I was running through them so fast. I usually wash 2-3 loads a day. I really loved them for their ease of use, but I felt like I was spending more than when I just bought the liquid.

- Tigriss - I hope you like Persil. We didn't know anything about it when they started showing all of the commercials. When we went to Walmart, there was a lady we knew who was at a display booth w/a stack of coupons for it. She told us that Military folks are familiar w/it bc it originated in Germany and they used it when they were stationed over there. Since she was giving coupons, we bought a small bottle of the reg. scent. It cleans very well and its a keeper in our house! It smells so good! When we finish off the Tide, we'll go back and get a bottle of Persil Sensitive. It looks as if they only sell that version in the large bottles, so I'm glad we picked up several coupons. Come back and report how you like it! Smile

I've used Cheer for years and years but notice that it's slowly disappearing from the shelves. Walmart, on my last visit, only had 4 bottles tucked away on the highest shelf. Don't know what I'll do if they discontinue it. I won't use Tide, it's too harsh on clothing, nor will I pay Costco to let me shop there. Pick up something on sale, I guess.

ALL and Whisk work great here. But NOW I have to use dryer balls instead of a chemical softener.
