This is a cool space!  I'd enjoy visiting this bathroom.  In my house, I'd have a modern, closed vanity, square or rectangular mirror, and different colors in floor tiles and on the wall.

My immediate reaction was "Love it!"  I like how bright it is and how different.  The only thing I might do is enclose the area under the sink.

I like this bathroom, but I don't like the high faucet over the sink. I'd be afraid that the water would splash all over.
