@lolakimono

I love wood and mixing different ones can look great. The floor and the built in look really good but the table just doesn’t look like it belongs. It is also too chunky and rough for my taste

Re: DR with Multiple Wood Tones

Farmhouse or cabin style? .. I usually like most of them.

But, I'm on the fence about this as a dining room.  Maybe because of the table, I also see it as a different space .. a place for creativity.  I'm thinking artwork, sewing, etc.

I would change out those chairs.

@lolakimono  I do not care for the room.  Too much wood, even though I do like the flooring, but not for my home.  I like the cabinet and I like the color of the chairs.

The next time that I hear salt and ice together, it better be in a margarita!

Re: DR with Multiple Wood Tones

Too rustic for me. I dislike open shelving in a dining or kitchen area. Too much dust, dirt, etc. gets on everything. The table feels very heavy & overwhelms the space. I don’t like the chairs or light fixture at all. The floor is beautiful!
