DR Mixed with Orange and Blue

I don't really embrace orange in decor, except as a very small accent.  I found these two rooms where the colors appealed to me despite the orange tones.

Which one works better with the color blue, in your opinion?

Choice A-

Choice B-

See, I love them both.  In working with yarn this year, I see how much orange has grown on me.  Same with turquoise, not together necessarily.  But talk about colors that make other colors pop, orange and turq do that.  To me, they do, in yarn.  I use to hate orange too and now I really like it as an accent.  Love both those pictures.

It’s the right orange, not to bright or muted. Both rooms are very well pulled together.

@lolakimono

Good morning & Happy Easter to you and All here.

Definitely prefer choice B.  But, I would have wood floors - not a fan of carpeting esp. under a table.  The table set is a bit too mod for me but at least it's more eye-pleasing.

Choice A is way too dark & I don't like the style at all

I love them both but if I had to choose, it would be A

Re: DR Mixed with Orange and Blue

Orange is probably my least favorite color, in just about anything.  But those are both very nice oranges, very muted, maybe almost like salmon.

I really like the first picture.  That dark, deep blue is very nice with the orange.

I pick Choice B although I don’t care for orange either.

These days, I lean more towards lighter decor with a little pop of color.
