Let me see if I understand this. You can demand (DO NOT in all caps), others can express their opinions but @jannabelle1 is being dramatic by posting her opinion.

Also, please point out where @jannabelle1 insinuated "operator error" in her post or were you conflating other posts where rechargeable battery care was described.

The eyes through which you see others may be the same as how they see you.

This breakdown must have just happened because you still seem to be extremely distraught and disgusted about this. We have all had things break down. Taking your frustration out on those that haven't shared your experience is ...well....dramatic.

Who ever needs to suck up a tennis ball or anything that size!!!? My cordless Dyson's do a way better job everywhere in my house even compared to any other vacuum I ever had and I've had many!!
