I've never had any trouble returning a pillow with proof of purchase, doesn't matter where it was purchased.  Of course, I knew within a short time if I liked or not.

@Tinkrbl44.  I was going through Facebook today, saw this ad, and remember your post.  I know nothing about the company but they can be checked by adding the usual .com to their name.
