buds or go outside. It's nice today. He can listen to music from his shed or take his TV outside.

I can't clean with him in my way. He thinks just because he did not go to work I'm not suppose to clean house.

@deedledeedeedle  That would be a great big DUH. He's a man & has a one track mind. I'm not a teenager anymore. LOL!!! It takes 2 in the mood to Tango.

@Nightowlz, lol. I totally "got" your post. Surprises me how many don't seem to have a sense of humor. Play your music, girl and rock on!

@Snicks1 That's what I did. Glad some people get it. He showed up at the house yesterday at 2 while I was listening to music while cleaning house.

No I need to clean the floors so he better not show up again today while the floors are wet.

A guy he works with asked him if he had worked a full week since before Thanksgiving & he said No.

I noticed he has been doing this & going to work late. I know he's sick of going to work but he does not want to retire yet. We are not old enough for Medicare yet.

@Nightowlz You crack me up! 😂

My husband and I call this flirting!  He loves it when I give him a hard time and that I’m a bit of a smartazz because he totally is too!

He’ll be the first to admit he gets in my way and I have to herd him like a sheepdog even though he’s a foot taller and 100 pounds heavier.

@GenXmuse Thx for the laugh. I guess you could call it flirting. Sometimes it's annoying. We are also both a smartazz. He says I'm spoiled. I told him what does he expect since I have been hanging around him since I was 17 yrs old.

Have some retired friends - husband and wife.  Wife's favorite saying - I married him for life, but not for everyday lunch!  I totally understood....... Smiley Happy

@Nightowlz  Is this a serious thread? I find it difficult to accept that your dh has a job, so I am assuming he pays for the house, yet he has to take the TV outside to watch it? Clean tomorrow. My, my, my...........

@pattypeep Yes this is a serious thread.

Boy don't you guys ever fun around with your significant other?

Yes DH has a job. He always watches TV outside or in his shed if it's nice outside. He likes to be outside. I just bought him another TV for him to use outside. That's what he wanted for Christmas.

I clean house every day. I'm not doing it all in one day. I do some each day & start over on Mon.

I also use to work. We both paid for the house & many other things we own. Our house is paid for.

It's our house not his.

Considering your attitude, the house may soon become community property to be decided in divorce court.  If I were a judge, I'd probably award everything to him.  Shame on you for showing your "attitude" in this way.  Show the guy some appreciation and shut down the "music" or he may find someone else who is happy to show a little more appreciation for him.

@Perkup

You must have missed the part where she said they've been married for over 40 years!
