Creative Irish Gifts

[ Edited ]

Just in time for St. Patrick's Day, the new catalog for Creative Irish Gifts arrived and there are some great new and old items.  Time will tell if I decide to order! Although I'm pretty sure I'm getting that pillow.

Shamrock pillow

Irish fortune cookies

Light up shamrock scarf and hat

Irish rose stained glass panel

Copper stamped box (I own this and have placed the ashes of my last little dog in it.  It's just perfect for that.  It makes a beautiful memorial - and, of course, can be used for anything else you can think of.)

This one is great, too.

I forgot this.  I wonder whether Stephen Walsh might offer something like it.

So pretty, @GingerPeach.  I have a weakness for boxes, and ones with Celtic themes, knots, etc., so appealing!

@GingerPeach  You selected some very nice things.  Do you know if they're made in Ireland?

I love little boxes, too, @Oznell

I still have the first one I ever bought as a young student on a visit to Yosemite.  It has burn out designs in the style of Polish woodwork.

Some of them are, @ValuSkr, but not all.

If you go to the website and type in "made in Ireland" a lot of products pop up.  You can even sort by which ones are newest.

For instance, they say the rose/shamrock glass item is made in Ireland.

I own both of the boxes pictured and can tell you that each one is made in India, not Ireland.

p.s.  This is definitely taken from Ireland!  Woman LOL

I just love the copper stamped box.  Its lovely.

I am not Irish but I always purchase a conomara marble item.  Last yr I purchased the marble rosary.  Stunning.  The Irish are such a proud wonderful calming folk, spreading joy .  Thank you for the post @GingerPeach

@GingerPeach - This is one of the catalogs I love to browse but never buy from—there are many wonderful treasures to explore. I'll have to keep my eye out for my catalog...  Smiley Happy

The catalog is also online, @loriqvc, In the middle of their home page is a link to the most current catalog, just in case you want to get a head start.

I still like paper catalogs, though.
