Anna's crafting event sounds so great, but I won't be attending, though I'd sure love to meet her some time.  Only have a couple of things in my cart thus far.  I've already bought the bows and the refill kit for the Minc.  Not sure if I want the TS today or not, but probably not.

I hate to say it but I am bored to tears with the TS. I don't mean to offend anyone as we don't all like the same things. But the way HSN runs their today's specials into the ground makes for some boring viewing. They spend nearly half an hour on it, go for another half hour with something else, then back to the TS for another half an hour.

So far the only thing I bought wasn't even on air that I'm aware of. I bought the HOTP greetings and labels stamps and die set. I had it in my favorites and got notice it was about to sell out. But that's it for me so far. How's everyone else doing?

This has been tough today. I am a big Christmas person so I've been going back and forth between HSN and QVC, trying not to miss anything good. It seems they both show the good shows at the same time and the things I'm not interested at the same time. My son says it's so I can sleep lol. Maybe so but I needed to clear my dvr for today better than I did!

I'm just cuious if any of Martha Stewart's crafts have been on today.  They were my favorites.  I'm disappointed that she seems to be gone.  I haven't been home today and so I haven't watched HSN at all.

I haven't seen Martha Stewart presented for quite some time now  I think she limited herself too much by concentrating so much on her punches....lovely though they were.  I've enjoyed the HSN shows today, though I've changed channels when they presented the TS (of which I have no interest.  Besides, they've presented that before in a slightly different configuration).  I've had to flip between HSN and Wimbledon today.  Checked the offerings from CIJ and most everything seemed like left-overs from last year.  And in some cases, the year before and the year before that and the year before that, etc.

Hi all, made it back from the hospital finally, but I am still at my parents home where they don't watch HSN.  I didn't realize that QVC was doing Christmas today. I signed up to receive emails about CIJ, but I never got any.  I like looking, but I don't buy anything because I live in a small townhouse with six cats so Christmas decorating is fairly minimal. If I bought the TSV, it would not last long in my house Cat Very Happy Still, I enjoyed LR's shows because they were so over the top and I loved all the glitter and shine and seeing what she was wearing etc.  They were fun shows.

As far as crafting is concerned, I did not get away without buying some Anna Griffin Smiley Happy  Here are the items I purchased today:

430-681 AG Engraved Endearments PopUp Card Kit

429-912 PLUS 10 Piece Glue Tape Adhesive Bundle

410-325 3Birds Pearlescent & Foil Goodie Box

435-626 Totally Tiffany ScrapRack

427-476 CraftersCompanion 12-piece Rock A Block & Rubber    Stamps

I decided to try out the ScrapRack because I got a refund from the AC people that just covered its purchase and I really need something to organize my loose scrapping "stuff"  I don't plan to pull apart my AG card kits until I can't make any more cards from a particular kit, then the leftovers can go in the ScrapRack.  AG's things are so beautifully organized in those boxes that I will just leave them be.

I felt like most of you about the TS, it's interesting but not $50.00 interesting.  I will look at it in the stores when the tool becomes available, I definitely did not need the card-making supplies and I have a metal ruler etc.  And we can use our own plastic bags, I don't think we have to buy theirs.

Nice little bonus to all this shopping is that I will be getting approx. $13.50 from Mr. Rebates!

Hope everyone had a great day.  Hopefully I will be able to watch the final 45 minutes or so. Here's hoping we have no doctor appts for the next Crafting Day Cat LOL

Hi! I bought some of the AG Cricut cartridges as I don't like having be connected all the time. I thought I would try the adhesive tape, too. I wish AG would stop offering her card-related items in the square format as those cost much more to mail.

Hi Marsha2003, that's been mentioned to her in the past. Maybe the pop-ups will be rectangular instead of square next time. Would love to know whst you think of thr strength of the tape you ordered. I am alwsys looking for a way to fasten rosettes securely closed :-)

I agree about the 6 x 6 cards.  In fact, I mostly avoid them, unless I'm making a card to be handed to the recipient in person.  I'm not sure why this kit from yesterday is only in the 6 x 6 format.  In her previous pop-up kit, she provided both sizes.  Had she done that with this set yesterday, I'd have probably purchased it

In today's Sunday paper Parade magazine, there is a good article about adults now coloring in adult books.  It is getting to be a hot trend!
