The couch does not look too comfortable.  You can't even lean back,

I like most of it, don't like black and white anything in home decor, would change those pieces out to something lighter (not white).

Uh uh... Afraid this one's not for me... The balcony itself is very pretty, but it's too overloaded for its size... There's also too much competing pattern for the space... It could be pretty and relaxing and perhaps it is for the owner, but I'd keep nothing and start over from scratch...

Nice space but agree with others, a little too much clutter for me but certainly has potential.  The brick is very attractive.
