Obviously that is not a real room; it's sample size room in decorator's studio or a home show.   It's much to frilly and girly-girl for me.  Although I kinda like the treatment on the stairs as long as it's not wallpaper.  That would never work.

The front of the steps seem to match the lamp shade that's next to them.  I'm not a fan of the print on the front of the steps.  I think plain white would look much nicer.

 

That one area has too much crammed into a small space - otherwise, it has a homey look to it.

This looks as though it might be a little "Lady's Cave" in the corner of the back yard under some shade trees.  Her private space.  Charming.

 

I could easily go in there and read or watch movies.Smiley Happy
