It is the most amazing magazine. It is like a book with wonderful pictures and articles. It is my favorite magazine by far. I think it is $9.99 per magazine but they have a good deal running and you can get 2 years for $36 which is $4.50 per issue. They have amazing ideas for home decor.

Thanks! I already subscribe to Cottage Living but I never heard of Cottage Journal magazine. I get great ideas for my cottage that I am still decorating!

that is the BEST magazine!!!! i have all of them for the last year or so... there is one for every season they are just so gorgeous!!

I too have enjoyed this magazine for the past few years, but like most magazines, find the issues uneven. The upside though is that there are very few ads. I do wish they'd skip the recipes altogether and focus more on pictures of actual homes. The seasonal nature of the magazine is very pleasant and this past year I believe they offered a special issue or two for the fall and winter holidays.

Romantic Country is another great magazine for the cottage look - I've collected several different magazines for years, but usually the special editions that don't have much advertising in them. I love to just sit and go through them and see what new ideas I can find - love the cottage/sort of shabby/sort of country look and have many treasures I've collected through the years from flea markets and antique shows....
