@LTT1   I agree it's a laundry room with piggyback style washer & dryer.  If the laundry room is that ornate I can only imagine the rest of the house!

Never understood why fish belong in decor of a bathroom. This is too dark and way too cramped for either a laundry room or a bathroom IMO. BIG NO.
