The only room I like is the bathroom, minus the wallpaper and lighting.

The condo itself I mostly don't care for--  it is a tad too fussy, yet "formulaic", to me.  But like @DREAMON ,  I like the vignette of the sideboard with yellow pottery and painting against a dreamy blue wall.  Sideboard is so pretty, and the overall effect is striking.

I really appreciate the use of color in this condo but I would still have to remodel and refurnish most of these rooms.  It wouldn't quite be a flip but close to it.  The first thing to come down would be the wallpaper in the bedrooms/bathrooms.  

I do like blue and yellow but not how they've coordinated it here.  It doesn't help that I don't care for the table, chairs and that bench seat (and the fabric it's covered in).  I love the blue and yellow painting hanging above the sideboard!!!

I really like the 2nd photo with the Blue and Yellow, I have seen that color combo before and it is really pretty together, especially with a little white mixed in...

The rest is not really my style or taste, I do like wallpaper, but not any of these designs....

I do appreciate that the rooms are colorful though and not all beige or all white.......

Who glues wine corks to the backs of bookcases & thinks it looks like anything but a 1st grade craft project? The sideboard pic is ok if you like that color combo I guess. The bathroom is vintage but not in a good way, and that vanity chair is the most ugly thing I've ever seen! The bedrooms are similar to the bathrooms in trying to look chic and vintage, but it's just a horrible mish mash. Usually I like colorful spaces or even can find some redeeming part, but this is just wrong on so many levels. Nothing even attempts to go together (in my opinion).

I do not like the blue walls.  That color blue is hideous to me no matter where it is.  Strange that each room has a different color scheme.  I think it would look a lot better if it had some of the influence as the first photo shown.
