Hi @lolakimono So nice to see you posting again in Home.  Hopefully, the school year is over and you are doing well.

 

I don't like the 2-tone floors or the dark beams and trim against the white celing and wall.  I guess the homeowner likes contrasts. I like more harmonious backgrounds and interesting features.  Everyone has their style...

I think that floor fit's really well into that coastal decor. If I had a cottage by the beach I would want it.  I like the way they broke it up with that blue rug.  It's just enough. It goes so well with the furniture, too.

It's definitely a beautiful home, the furnishings and decor - all expensive, you can tell.  Would not be my choice of flooring, but I think overall everything looks top notch and I wouldn't mind staying there for a week or two.

Uninspiring!  The only decent piece of furniture is that gorgeous leather Chesterfield sofa!
