I do not care for this bedroom.

The bedding fits the coastal theme, even without the shell pattern.  I don't think the furniture does.

@lolakimono I am usually not a fan of the coastal theme, but I do like this, not over to top and such pretty colors!  I am still looking at the lamps though, I don't know about those yet?

I think where the OP lives this would be perfect.  I love the blues and have quilts that color in my bedroom.

I do love coastal in general, tho.

Remember VPH had those glass blown orbs in rope...? I think she featured a coastal themed quilt to go with. 😍

It definitely looks more cool than warm. Where I live warm is more inviting. It is lovely, though, if it fits with your environment.
