I don't know if they are any better. Over the years I kept ordering and ordering her hangers. I could open my own store from all that I've bought. I'm downsizing and I'm finding bundles of them everywhere.

I do really like them and only use them and nothing else. I have given away as gifts many of them.

I just recently bought the bigger one's she now sells for all of my coats.

I've never had any of them drip or cause a mess on any of my clothes. I've never had bumps, etc on any of my clothes.

The original JM Huggable Hangers are better than the knockoffs. Yes, Joy's hangers really are "all that."

Buy hers & buy some of theirs, too, if you want. You'll see the difference. I did. I only buy hers now.

How? Size, shape, flocking?

I think they're all basically the same except for color options. I have some JM's, but got a boatload of flocked hangars at Costco really inexpensively and they work just fine.

ITA-we have these hangers in all of our closets, combo of JM + Costco. Only difference is color options. Costco only offers black. JM does offer some beautiful colors. She has a hanger TS-every 3 to 4 months, or watch for some of her kits as they are sold at clearance pricing + free shipping. If you need immediately, Costco is best every day pricing.

The Container Store sells JM hangers. But you get a better deal on HSN.

Yes be careful with the generic ones especially with the colors, they do bleed.

I have the JM ones and they are great. I have purchased them at Target and I think Container store at one time. I might have gotten some other places too. I have a whole closet full and I love them. DH even likes them now.

I got some from QVC, which I like for the built-in hook for cascading them. They do, however, seem to break more readily than the HH.

I have replaced ALL of my hangers in my closet with JM Huggable hangers and the cascading hangers from QVC. My experience is that I much prefer the cascading ones from QVC because they have the built-in feature for cascading the hangers and Joy's do not. I have not had any hangers break.

HSN usually has free s&h and a great sale so I usually buy there. However I'm not opposed to knock-offs.

I have replaced all my hangers with this type that I bought at Marshall's for half the price. I try and get only the cascading ones -- they really save room. However the cascading ones are getting hard to find.

I have bought the Costco hangers but they are much thicker and heavier and of course only in black. I much prefer the JM hangers. I also prefer the bronze metal which I have not seen offered. The JM hangers have really come down in price with the competition but I think some out there are fine...you just have to read. I saw an ad this week at Bed Bath & B and they were advertising a hanger that is guaranteed not to bleed.
