I don't decorate anymore, but I like the multi-colored ones. Pretty!

Man, speaking of the clear ones - there is this house on another street, but its back backs up to the back of my property. These people seem to have recently put a LOT of clear lighted decorations at the part of their house that faces the back and it's like a freaking neon sign facing my property. At night I have to close everything up, at the back of my house, to make the glare go away. Those clear ones, if done to excess, are really bright!

Last year I put both types on the main tree.

I had the white ones on during the day and switched to the multicolored at night for the nostalgia rush.

Colored lights for me. I just think they are prettier, more festive and cheerful looking. The colors just say Christmas to me, unlike the clear ones.

Only white lights on our trees and in our windows.

Clear, white or frosted... If not, then a single color...

And please, no motion. No blinking. No disco-rama... Just lights. Inside or out. Thanks...

We have clear mini-lights on our little tree. Sweet and simple, with a nice selection of ornaments collected over the years.

All white lights looks very dramatic and beautiful. The colored ones are pretty too and probably appeal to children more than all white. The neighbors have all blue lights on the house, and I don't care for that too much.
