My cleaning lady asked me to buy Bona when she first started working for me. My hardwoods look great! She uses it every other week.

I have a year-old home with engineered hardwood floors. 

The flooring company advises using only the Bona cleaner, and  to entirely avoid the Bona polish, which supposedly is a follow-up to Bona cleaner--no matter what Bona recommends.

  Plain damp mopping with a little water is good for everyday purposes for that type of wood flooring.

Another Bona user here.  We had carpeting ripped out and hardwood installed and the contractor said to use Bona.  We have had the floors for about 10 years now and they look great.

I used to use Bona, but now I use Begley's Hardwood Floor Cleaner.  I love it.  I put it in a spray bottle and spray a small area of my floor and wipe it with a slightly damp micro fiber mop.  No dullness or streaking and it smells clean and fresh.

Begley's is all natural and made from plants... non toxic and no harsh chemicals.  Safe for babies to crawl on the floors.

Never, never use a polish or rejuvenating product on a new wood floor, or you will ruin the  modern finish. Those products are made for older wood floors, which have a different finish on them.

I read a review of floor care products several years ago that just raved about Bruce Floor Cleaner but I never could find it in a store.  I'm glad to know Lowe's carries it.

There is another thread recently about Bona and I tried it for the first time and I am a huge fan.
