I don't like when the pipes are exposed under the sinks.   No under the sink storage doesn't appeal to me either 

The tile work is amazing though

I very much dislike exposed pipes and yellow is one of my least favorite colors.  👎

As others have said I do not like the pipes exposed, and I agree it looks like a public restroom.

Put in a white vanity in place of the exposed pipes, and it would be a big improvement. I like mosaic tiles.

OK ...  first my color choice would not be yellow period (in any room).  The open sink concept is fine as long as you have plenty of additional bathroom storage in the room.

But, since it is a modern type concept - it should all be done in chrome. Lose the silly candle lights that do not even remotely lean towards modern and put up some type of awesome open modern looking light fixture/ fixtures above the mirror/mirrors. Which means that I would of used two vertical mirrors or one long horizontal mirror.

Oh, and definitely use some heavier looking sink faucets/handles in chrome too - they look kinda dinky for that sort of bold look.
