Anyone remember him?  I have a book by him and used his philosophy in design.  I heard he was forced to downsize after the 2008 economic downturn.

He is a great designer. Someone QVC would benefit from bringing on the air. I have his book as well. Great , common sense advice in it. He always addresses color in a room well, esp. painting ceilings. In our Pa. home I took his advice and after I chose a color for each room I then picked up the lightest color on the color strip that color was on & painted my ceiling using a semi gloss - no more dull white ceilings, just a slight tint of color looked so much better, and made the pretty wood moldings stand out more. I'm a fanatic about having upgraded wood moldings in a home - they make it look so much richer.

I recently checked a library book out written by him about simple entertaining.  It was outstanding and has great recipes!  I loved his show!

I remember him very well and used to watch his show all the time.  I often wondered what happened to him.  He was very entertaining -- in his own way!  I sure could use his help with my home.

I used to LOVE watching Christopher Lowell!!

I had wondered what happened to him.  He was always so enthusiastic with great home design ideas.  He made me rethink how to approach decorating in my own home ad I miss seeing him.

I remember thinking it would be fun to spend some time shopping & having lunch with him....I wish he was on the air again! Smiley Happy

NOW: After a successful decade on television, Christopher Lowell saw the 2008 economic crash looming and decided it was "the right time to say goodbye and reinvent again." He downsized much of his home-improvement empire and moved to Santa Fe, NM, to live a simpler life and to begin researching and writing about the art of intentional living. In addition to helming his agency Christopher Lowell & Associates, he's authored a new book -- RightSIZE UP! -- and has begun gearing up for the RightSIZE UP! "Do Over" national tour promoting the idea of more intentional living through personal creativity for a more enriching life.

OK I'll bite - what on earth is "intentional living"?

I do remember him, watched his show a lot. Very creative and showed he loved what he was doing.
