Christmas Tree Advice

Is it possible to buy a reliable 7' Christmas tree for about $150.00 and NOT pay $300.00 or more? There are some nice-looking ones on the Q but the reviews are horrible, something about the lights in the middle section not working after a short time.

My wish list would include it coming in three sections because I have to put it up myself and twinkle lights, although the light thing is not a deal breaker. Thank you for your help. I have been unsuccessful and I want to catch a deal while they are still available.
