This drab pale kitchen is hardly what I'd call cheerful.

@jubilant   This is SO lovely and calming. I would only add a rug under the table.

Too much 'white' for me.

Even though the space seems full of light, I’m not really liking this kitchen. The spacing and arrangement are fine, but I need more color & contrast. Everything sort of blends together. It’s nice to see a kitchen that’s warm using cream instead of stark white, but I wish it had more turquoise like the chairs at the bar area.

The table, chairs, and floor are ok. I don't like the ruffle seat cover, chandelier, or the the open shelf display. Not a fan of the word art. I really dislike the vertical treatment on the cabinets.

I like the colors and would just change the dining table and chairs to larger distressed wood pieces (even just changing the chairs would work for me)..also would replace the chandelier with something much less ornate to compliment the other lighting in the kitchen area.

I think the kitchen would look much brighter if the photo wasn't so dull looking. It probably is a lot brighter in person.

I don't mind this kitchen however, I need more color, so I would add rugs, and some colorful accents and maybe some colored chairs at the table! I like the warm cream color, but would also do a different light fixture above the sink!To me all it needs is some warming up!

Huh? Say what? Get the sign off the wall and then I'd like most all of the elements of this kitchen, but I'd not call it cheerful. Introduce some color to give it a little more personality and then we'll see...

Well, I think it's an extremely pretty room, but it looks like somebody is just in the process of moving in.

The things that Wilma disliked about it, the ruffled chair covering, the chandelier and the open shelves are the only things that make it look more  like a home than a hospital kitchen.  But that's what makes life interesting, we all have different likes and dislikes.

Very pretty, but I think it needs a rug and some window treatments as well.

Yes, it is bright and cheerful.  That being said, I would add a navy/burgundy patterned area rug under the table to match the side chairs, add some window curtains on all the windows to compliment the rug, paint the bar chairs burgundy and add scatter rugs in the kitchen part.  There, that should do it Smiley Happy
