Re: Changing the sheets on the bed

I never knew this about the tags!  It was easy to do it right on my kids twin beds, but when we put a queen in our guest room it became a guessing game for sure!

We have a king bed and I have always figured that there must be a top & bottom because sometimes it was easier to make than other times, but I would just go ahead and wrestle the sheet on.

I'll pay attention from now on!  Thanks!

Thanks OP!! I didn't know that.  I always have the fitted sheet turned around the wrong way. It never fails. Woman LOL

My sister knew that and only told me about a year ago. It has made things a lot easier.

Re: Changing the sheets on the bed

I sew a contrasting thread on the top and bottom hem of the fitted sheet.  When changing the sheets I know that the side with the thread goes on the top or bottom edge of the mattress.

So far, the three brands I have all have tags in the lower LEFT. Lol.
