Ceramic Tile cleaner

My husband is putting down ceramic floor tile in the kitchen and dining room. Oh my, who know it was going to be such a job and take so long. Anyway, at least he's taking his time and doing a good job considering he's never done it before. Anyway, what should I use as a floor cleaner? I do have a haan steamer which I'll use occassionally but I also am one who likes to use cleaners. I like a smell when I'm done cleaner. Any recommendations would be great. Thanks :-)
