We have a ceiling fan in every room other than the kitchen and bathrooms. We are able to keep the a/c turned up two degrees or more when we have them on, so saves energy as well. I like Hunter fans...super quiet and high quality. We took down all the ones that had downlights ( dated and too bright) and replaced with ones with up lights. In our climate, we run them almost year-round.
