It's a beautiful room - the walls, the floor, the wood carving and I also agree I like the medallions BUT those white orbs on those spindly rods and the modern table and chairs - to me it just doesn't go with the room.  I think the globe pendant lighting is the thing I dislike most.  I could live with the furniture but the lighting needs to be different.

The medallions are beautiful but, they don’t go with the light fixture which is too plain & modern looking ☺️

I like the medallions and the floors. Very old Europe . I am considering a medallion for my master bedroom, it has a tall tray ceiling.

The medallions work, but I'm not sure I like 3 small fixtures over that dining table.  I don't like the fixtures at all.

What is that black wall behind the table?  A fireplace?  

The detailing on the crown molding is beautiful, but the room is too modern.

The space is gorgeous and the medallions are just fine, it's the rest of the decor that's unfortunate... Why take a beautiful classic space with fabulous moldings, panels, doors and so on and turn it into a sterile space that does indeed look like a conference room... and not a particularly appealing conference room at that...

This is all wrong.  I love the medallions on the ceiling but the lights, table and chairs and rug are ugly.  They should have gone for a softer look not high contemporary.
