Do you think ceiling medallions work when there is more than one fixture in the same space?

Strange furniture for such an ornate room.  Looks like a conference room, not a dining room.

I'm torn on this one, but I think it has to do with those light fixtures. Without the medallions, the lights are just too plain for the all of the beautiful woodwork in that room. The lighting just doesn't seem to fit the room though, but the table and chairs don't seem to fit either.

Yes, the medallions work. Not sure anything else in the room works with them, but they are fine. LOL

The style of the light is incongruous with the medallions.  But then, the furniture is also incongruous with the ornate architecture of the room.  So maybe it all works.  Or maybe nothing works.

The room has a funky feel I kind of like.  Wish I could get a better look at the orbs because I can't really see how they're attached to the rods.

I am not a fan of this look and prefer a chandelier.
