The medallions match the room but the lights look out of place.

I think changing the lights to something just a bit more ornate and feminine would make a big difference in the room.

The rigid line of 3 medallions with their globe pendant lights, is at odds with the very traditional architecture of the room.  I don't believe that rooms of that vintage would have a line-up of medallions with lights.   So I think it feels a bit out-of-place and contrived.

No, I think the medallion should incorporate all three hanging pendants, not individual ones.

I have never seen 3 ceiling medallions in a row like that. Looks strange to me - don’t like it. One ceiling medallion with a traditional chandelier is more my style. I dislike the hanging lights and the furniture which seem out of place in this room. The ornate carvings on the crown molding are a bit too much for me. The French doors & flooring are nice.
