@qvcfreak  I believe this is the one in which she is a florist so it makes more sense for her to be drying flowers.   I would imagine her character would actually use them or sell them in her shop and they wouldn't just be there only as decoration.

@GingerPeach, Yes, she was a florist in the Movie. And what you said makes perfect sense.

Seems like that would be a terrible fire hazard.  And stuff from the dried plants would be dropping on your countertops, tables, floors, etc.  What a mess.

I have enough problems keeping up with kitchen grease and dust and cobwebs.  I couldn't imagine having that hanging over my head!
