Can't get the shower floor clean

I have used everything i can think of, clorox - comet - awesome just everything. today my housekeeper came and she tried all the various things in her bag of tricks and it looks ok but is still sorta brown.She even bleached it and let the undiluted bleach sit on there for about a half hour (in case it was some sort of mold)- still there. It was like this (sorta splotchy brown) when we got home from Pa in oct. It wasn't like that when we left. I thought it may be rust from the condo watch guy runs water in every drain while we are away. So i had tried CLR - nothing. I can't imagine there is anything left to try. I could live with how the housekeeper left it as long as it doesn't come back, but I am suspicious it will. I was teasing my DH that he must have dirty feet but , in fact, he has bad neuropathy in his feet and is never without shoes and socks or slippers, so he couldn't have dirty feet. He is the only one who uses this shower, as i use the tub.
