Ask your landlord what your floors are and what cleaning method works well. Landlords know these things. Are you the only tenant since they were installed? If so, you're responsible for their current condition. (Just being realistic here.) It will be cheaper in the long run to get the correct information now. If your landlord doesn't know how to clean them, contact the manufacturer.
You seem more interested in shopping for a new machine than learning what you actually need to do. Think about what paying for a new floor will cost if you move out. Bye-Bye Security Deposit.
You seem to have a really, NASTY attitude!
No, I'm not the original tenant and what you are describing is normal wear & tear, you are not charged for stuff like that. I also don't plan on moving ever again, I will die here. So my guess is my beneficiary in my Will will get my security deposit back, I could care less.

@Drewps5co0tt : I totally understand. My kitchen is very small and have linoleum flooring with some texture. I am handicap and can't get down on the floor. Friend that cleans my house said the steam mop no help. She uses a mixture of water and vinegar. She sprays this on the floor and lets it set for a few minutes and then scrubs with a microfiber pad that is attached to a long handle pole. It works good for her. I use a walker and am afraid of slipping and don't do this but still considering a steam mop but still afraid of slipping. But I drop or spill a lot of stuff and need something easy and safe to clean with. Hope you find something.

I want to add this thought ,as far as cleaning liquid ,dawn blue dish detergent ,does a good job at cleaning a floor, as far as a tool to use i want think a scrub type of mop ,electric would be useful.
