How quaint it is, @ECBG .  And fascinating to see a smaller Tudor style, as opposed to the huge ones.  And that crazy brick pattern is so unique! 

 

It was great that there were a lot of original elements from the 1920's.  I loved the fact that they still had some of the original, irreplaceable hardware, which often disappears over the years.   If the new owners can figure out a way to lighten some areas, without losing the original charm, what a treasure it will be.
