@Oznell

DH finally had a minute to help put my mantel of candle molds back together between pain pills.  I mostly had to direct since it hurts so badly to stand.  With the amount of pieces fit together it was quite an achievement!  The strategy is to smile!

At least it's done.

My boxes for all of those berries, sent to recycling when I when I said we're keeping these!

@ECBG.  Did you injure yourself?

@ECBG.  I guess I missed that report.  So sorry to hear about your mishap.  You have my sympathy as I've had debilitating back pain for years and it's getting worse.  Can't walk more than a dozen steps without hurting bad.  I've taken all kinds of drugs and nothing helps.  Find yourself a project to do with your hands sitting.

@ECBG @Kachina624  Have you tried the CBD creams for pain?  I find they work immediately but you have to reapply frequently. I use ones from Canna Hemp. Some have hemp & CBD & they have different strengths. My foot doctor even sells CBD creams.

I find the CBD creams / roll ons work well.  Just temporary though.

Maybe we should all try the fully loaded stuff haha.

ps  Have any of you tried Voltaren?  That just came to mind, haven't used it for years but may try it again.

Oh, my goodness, @ECBG --  I'm so sorry that you now have the aggravated back situation, after all your travails with the ankle.  The injuries that affect our mobility are devastating, especially when they mount up.  Sending a prayer for healing, and a relief from pain.

How dear of your husband to deal with the candle molds!  You have the most interesting and lovely collections.

Take care now, and let yourself rehab!

@rockygems123 ,  interesting you mention that--  my doctor is really big on Voltaren.  I've tried other rubs, but should give Voltaren a try.  "Relief Factor",  and turmeric, unfortunately,  didn't help

@rockygems123. I use Voltaren Gel frequently on my joints.  The relief is only temporary.  It's not so effective on my back where the pain is deeper.

My PA. Sister recently gathered up her nerve and went to a dispensary.  She described her probably and they sold her some pills that she say helped her discomfort but they were quite expensive, not something you could afford to take every day.  They didn't contain the good stuff.  She didn't want to be zonked out.

Just saw this, did the pills help your sister?
My friend here in Colorado had such bad knees in her 50's when we would go to baseball games at Coors Field walking down the stairs for her was tough, she'd walk sideways.
Last few games in the last couple of years she now in her 60's bounces down those cement stairs.  Tumeric is what she says has helped her tremendously.
