Calling Mariahgrace OR mob1551- solar lights M22408

Hi There!

I saw that you reviewed the blue mosaic solar lights . PLease help !

My will not work - I had them in the sun for 2 days.

On the bottom of the solar panel - there was a small plastic cap which twists off.

To turn the item on to charge - there is another small plastic cap that appears to be attached to wires inside.

The drawing on the bottom says the the On switch is flat & Off is raised.

Any suggestions on what I am doing wrong? They are so pretty I hate to return them.
