Very beautiful house, although, I am not a fan of the light blue on the outside.  Although there is a lot of white, I like the colored areas other than the wall paper at the staircase.

I agree with you about replacing one of the wicker couches. in the sun room which needs some variety in the seating.  The two stools offer seating, although, stools aren'r comfortable for a long period.  I would use a high back upholstered chair.

Many thanks for the lovely stroll!

Lovely exterior, given a few changes, nice spaces and some lovely elements. Windows need coverings, yes, even at the beach. Overall, just a but too precious for me, and I'd want to change out some things. I also freely admit, I'm just not a beach house person but if I was, I'd want a beach house, not a mansion at the beach.

Stunning. You find the most lovely homes!

You said marzipan color pallette, I also thought of pastel colored french macarons.haha

So light and bright. I just love all the pastel colors and mix of patterns. Also the all white bedroom was absolutely dreamy, just how you want a bedroom to feel.

When can I move in?

For me there is much to love in this home.  I find the rooms spacious, the sun room perfect to read in and relax.  I find the covering on the stairs where the cute dogs are so pretty and different.  The chandelier in the dining room is exquisite as is the dining room set. I would spend a lot of time in the sky blue sitting room, my favorite. The paneled room , another beauty  which I would make into a library.  The bedroom has beautiful ocean views but I need more privacy , too open for me.  All in all quite stunning.

This house is beautiful!. It looks almost too close to the gulf. I would worry about it taking a constant beating from the Sandy and salty air. I spend time on Mustang Island or Port A every year....and come in through Corpus Christie. I have never seen this house but willl certainly look for it.

The plants do look like Bougainvilleas but could also be crapes that are being grown as bushes rather than trees.

@Trailrun23 ,  interestingly poster @kze mentioned that this house is on Ocean Drive, on a cliff, so not subject to storm surge.  But wind, she said, is another matter...
