Like the space, the window & floor trim, drapes, the light, plants, most of the light fixtures, the steam trunks, and coffee tables.

I love tile in the entrance, and the ‘wet rooms’, but if I lived there year ‘round would want something warmer looking on the rest of the floors.  Would need more color accents for the same reason.

Just me, but with 4 very active cats, all the woven stuff makes me quiver.  It is so pretty, and SO much fun to DRUB your toenails into at night when the people are sleeping!  It would be cats 100 / mom 0.

Wonder does he have a kitchen, and bath?  Perhaps they were not open.

Thanks @Oznell  for sharing.

Basically, I'll take it.  Beautiful.  I might change this or that , but I love most of it.

Re: COMFORTABLE DELAWARE BEACH HOUSE

I also wondered about kitchen and bath, @Drythe -- for some reason, they were not shown.

My kitties would be in shredding heaven too, ha.  Just like me, they are drawn to all new textures...

Speaking of that, I'm curious about that tantalizing name for tile, "dry creek bed".   I wonder if that refers to the texture or the color...

Yes, the kitties do make their presence known!

Dry Creek Bed is flat porcelain in texture, not shiny.  The color I have is two shades of gray . One very pale, almost whitish, and the other a light warm grey.  The pattern does not have heavy color variance.  While there is nothing of visible rocks, or water, or such, there is a feeling that they might be there if one looked closely enough.  I matched the mortar to the darker gray.  About 3 years old now, still like it lots.  Used it in wet rooms, the other floors are hardwood.

Just as I thought from the name, that sounds exactly like a tile I would love, @Drythe, duly noted!

Wow - reminds me of polished casual, which is the decor I favor. Like this a lot. Clean - not cluttered - great neutrals with pops of color. Updated, eclectic with dash of modern. Also a little modern farmhouse.

BTW - when y'all post photos in HOME, it's one of my favorite parts of this forum. Thank you for doing this.

Beautiful!

Some of the pictures made me feel like they needed more color but I suspect I wouldn’t feel that way if I was actually in the room

I agree about the tile. I think it can be good in some rooms of a beach house but I need the warmth of a wood floor in other rooms.
