The room is way too busy, too many unrelated patterns.  The sofas look like lawn furniture with cushions added.  Too much stuff on the shelves which looks like clutter.  I'd prefer several shelves of perpendicular books where the eye could rest.

It has potential.  I like the shelves but I would lose the TV, wet bar and the mirror......

It needs to be all shelving and not a kitchen and entertainment area too.   And that rug would also be in the dumpster.  Other than that, I'm good

That wall seems right for the items collected.  Like the mirror, don't ever like wet bar sinks.

The rest of the room needs to go.

I would break my neck if I tried looking at the TV.  Put it somewhere else or rearrange the furniture.

I had the same exact thought, the furniture looks better equipped for a sunroom!

I like the idea of displaying treasures, but I don't like how this was executed.

I'd pull everything out of there and start all over again.

And then I'd move to the adjoining room and do the same -- starting with that wallpaper.

The collection looks nice, but it's not for me as I'm not a fan of open shelving.  I like the colors in the room but not so much the furnishings.

The built ins are fine, but the shelves are filled with junk.  I would use this space for something with a purpose.

On the left, I would store glasses and bottles of wine, for instance.  On the right, perhaps, DVD's and books.

I would also replace the box shelves with straight shelves.

The room is cute and appears to even have a pocket door (a plus) but it looks uncomfortable with cheap decor.

I reminds me of a second home used for the summer decorated with cast offs.

That mirror is awful!  And the rug ---- oh, my --- the pattern and color --- just terrible!!!!

I love the graphic design of the built ins but coupled with the over furnished room only looks like clutter to me.
