Lovely view...I'm neutral on everything else, but, if someone GAVE it to me, along with the cost of upkeep, I could love it 

I would be interested to know the cost of having a home like this.  The maintenance, staff, gardener, housekeeping, etc. 

It certainly is beyond my budget

I don't blame him for selling it with all the flooding going on. 

There's no way I would ever buy a home any place near the water or flood zone. They say they are still building in flood zones??? Not something I want to deal with.
