First impression:  Balanced arrangement.

But, it's too cluttered, too close together, blocks quite a bit of the mirror, but it looks balanced.  Tallest element, the mirror in the center, tall lamp and statue on the left of the mirror, the tall leaves and photo on the right. Books somewhat centered.  Box centered.

It looks like they didn't have room for their favorite things but they put them out anyway.

Kind of like my place!Woman LOL

And I don't think the lamp goes in with any of it.

Love the colours - but not the items.

Yes it’s too crowded. Get rid of the books and the decorative box.

I would remove the lamp and bust, then move the leaves to the other side.

The bust needs to be removed.

Hmm. I think I'd have them replace both the glass vase and the box with a single, slightly larger cut glass box. This would reduce the crowding, while keeping the overall look I think they were going for, and would introduce a bit more sparkle as well. I'd shove the new box and books to the right to give the sculpture room to breathe and balance the arrangement.
