I enjoy a hint of Moroccan style in decorating, but this is too heavily so for me, especially in a breakfast area, which I prefer to be airy and light.  In this case, to me the light fixtures detract;  the carved bench and table are my favorite elements.

That bench is beautiful although it (and the whole nook) is not my style.

Nice window and a certain pseudo Old World charm, I suppose, but overall, it doesn't appeal to me.

That bench is a killer.  Just look at it, you can't get to your seat especially the one in the corner.  I have one of these in our cottage so I speak from experience.  Big pain.  It will get replaced one of these days.

I'm pretty sure the table was pushed toward the bench for the photo.  The overhead pendant looks like it's overshooting the table.  I'll bet the table usually resides 6-12" back.
