Body Pillows...

Does anyone have one?....I'm curious about them and have been thinking about getting one...only thing is my husband may get jealous...LOL

When I was shopping for some new pillows at Bed, Bath & Beyond last week, I almost bought one and then decided to check further into them and find out what their purpose/benefits are?.....I'm a side sleeper and they look really comfortable to just nestle into...so I thought I would check here first to get some opinions from those who may have one.
