@stevieb I LOVE blue but don't like this room. The rug is ok, kinda, but that's it.

@stevieb Blue is my favorite color, but that room looks cold and not inviting.

@stevieb. While I love shades of blue, this room looks cold and sterile. The chairs by the fireplace should be turned to an angle facing one another, imo.

Something odd about this room. Get rid of the fireside chairs, stools and painting, move the sofas closer together or something. Doesn't appeal to me.

@stevieb - I agree with your assessment.

I also don't like those two blue velvet chairs. They seem to dominate the room and draw the eye straight to them. I can't say anything in this room looks comfortable or welcoming.

I like the space but I don't like anything inside it.

It looks as if they'd moved the furniture to make room for some event or unusual gathering. I think it would be hard to live with furniture spread out and rigidly placed like that.

I looked them up online and their other rooms are so much better organized.

They do have, with some exceptions, pretty good taste.
