Have6cats - I'm so happy you posted about these lights!

DH put them on wooden dowel rods to keep them out of the snow

We intend to put them on a timer and run them 4 pm to 5:30 am.

Only two out of three work

No replacements any where.

I didn't keep my receipt since they worked in the house.

Does anyone know if you can just do stationary setting on these Bliss subs? I think I would like them better if they didn't have that underwater effect. I hope to have time to go to HD later and get a set of the white to try out.

Rose, I own 2 sets, and Unfortunately, I have not been able to figure out how to stop the lights from moving.

That was my question too. My green Bliss lights worked one night and then faded. I brought them in, plugged into the wall socket and it surged up and down then finally stayed on full lights as they should. They say they are good even in the snow to minus 15 degrees. Mine wasn't. We were in 30's so I warmed them up in house tonight, plugged them in the yard again and NADA. They do a one year warranty and I plan on using it. Otherwise even though over 30-days QVC will get a call about defective, expensive product that is not reliable. I don't like the dancing lights of the subs but they are better than stringing them on the gutters again. Glad you like them.
